Kitewheel Announces New European Appointments, New Office and 2016 Successes

London Office Leads the way in Customer Journey Innovation

London, UK – December 5, 2016 Kitewheel, provider of the leading Customer Journey Hub, today announced the appointment of two new senior management positions for its London team. The company also plans to move headquarters in London to provide more flexibility for its growing client roster and workforce.

Kitewheel’s success in the European market stems from the great tradition of innovation in the London marketing agency scene. The company has had a London presence from day one of its existence to feed off this aspect of the market.  This led to Kitewheel launching its first ever customer journeys with London clients, had its first AdTech/MarTech unification project in Europe, and recently went live with its first IoT-driven journey through a partner agency in London.

During 2016 Kitewheel has seen a doubling in the number of new European clients going live with customer journey solutions.  To further the company’s momentum in the innovative and critical European market, Kitewheel is today announcing two newly created roles within their London team. Company veteran James Allum has been named European Partner Director, overseeing relationships with all Kitewheel partners; and Philip Haylett is now the new Strategy Director, helping clients successfully implement omni-channel customer experiences.

James Allum has over 20 years of experience in the marketing software space across marketing automation, campaign management, predictive segmentation, database marketing and real-time engagement platforms. He started his career at DoubleClick and then worked across Asia to build a partner network for Alterian/SDL.  At Pitney Bowes Software, James met Kitewheel Chief Delivery Officer Neil Skilling and President Mark Smith and has been working at Kitewheel for the past four years in various partner enablement roles.

Philip “Pip” Haylett has been with Kitewheel for two years, yet has worked in the marketing space for over twenty. He began his career at Innovations Group PLC and has worked at Dunnhumby as well as a number of WPP agencies. His recent career focus has been on strategic Customer Experience Management, working with the likes of Asda, Volvo and Lloyds Banking Group.
