Kitewheel Hires Rick Fuller to Lead Direct Sales

Launches new business unit as brand interest in customer journeys grows

Boston – October 3, 2017 – Kitewheel, provider of the leading Customer Journey Hub, today announced that industry veteran Rick Fuller has joined the company as VP of Direct Sales, where he’ll lead the expansion of Kitewheel’s direct-to-brand business. The move is driven by increasing brand interest in deploying customer journeys as a way to improve omni-channel consumer experience.

Rick Fuller is a 21 year veteran of the software industry, and an expert in marketing technology and analytics. After serving in roles at Applix and Unica, both of which were acquired by IBM, he most recently helped build Tableau’s strategic account program.
